Kleinpeter, Hubert: teacher and author of social studies; resides in Asia; involved in education projects; author and publisher of open-source books on civilization, the human condition, and ethical reasoning advocating governance and associated institutional practices encouraging peaceful human progress. Education: Hubert Kleinpeter holds degrees in Government (BA) and Social Science (MS), the College of Social Sciences and Public Policy, and Foundations of Education (PHD), College of Education, Florida State University.
