DOLPHIN 海豚

1. The Dolphin is tropical colored fish - a symbol for the Bread of Life. A creature of the sea that fishermen knew was Life. Hunter nomads, risked their lives in pursuit of animals on the land, but others took an even greater risk and moved out onto the seas. Surely, humanity was spread around the planet by wandering the land, but “the few” brave enough to enter the dark waters and pursue the schools of fishes beyond the shorelines are more important than historians realize.

2. Symbol of the ancient Christian church. Jesus started his ministry in Capernaum, a fishing village on the Sea of Galilee where he recruited his first disciples - fishermen. The fish, sustenance of life, not the instrument of execution of the Roman – the crucifix; an instrument of death worn by priests, ministers and followers zealously preaching the doctrine of Emperor Constanine “One God, one empire, one emperor.” The Roman state and the Church became One creating doctrines superseding the teachings of the Rabbi Jesus who counseled zealots not to play politics of power.

The prophet Jesus performed the miracle of feeding multitudes from two baskets, two fish, and five loaves of bread (see Miracle). Thereafter he declared that he was also “The bread of life” A man that spoke like a fisherman, teaching others that the Universe was like a great net cast out into the sea (see Jesus). People ought to cast their nets to bring together beleaguered people, not fake religionists preaching God and country (see Fake).
