The arrogant, rejecting the possibility of the impossible, thought they had retired the cosmologies explaining the Infinite which all things are an expression of. They acknowledge this word but prefer to use the language of the philosophy of physics. Like shooting stars, carbon embers being “spit-out” from a fire, all the alchemy of life is “spit-out from the furnace of the sun. Religious rituals in cavernous cathedrals of Europe express the relationship of humans with the mysteries of the Universe. Religion and its rituals are the connective tissues of civilization. The primary foundation of the human purpose is to inflect the Powers of Life in Human affairs. We are grown from the Earth, so like our mother planet, we also are “shooting stars” that shine most brightly immediately before we depart for the womb of creation – the world of the Unseen in unison with the Seen. |
